C57BL/6J mice were purchased from XXX and housed in the Animal Experimental Center of China Pharmaceutical University. The mice were maintained under specific-pathogen free conditions with a 12/12-hour light/dark cycle, 22-26℃, 30%-70% relative humidity, below 60 decibels, and with food and water ad libitum. The animal experiments reported in this study were conducted in accordance with the guidelines of the Institutional Laboratory Animal Management Committee of China Pharmaceutical University and approved by the Animal Ethics and Welfare Committee of the university (Approval No.: YSL-2026XXXXX).
